How long is the rental holding period?
- The standard rental period is 4 days, extensions are only based on availability
- A late return penalty will be imposed should the client fails to return the item within the rental period
What are the booking and payment procedure?
- 50% of the total payment is required for booking of the item, the remaining 50% shall be remitted before collection/ 1 week before the event
- Payment can be made via online transfer of COD
What if I damaged or lost the item?
- Additional charges will be imposed upon return if the product is damaged or lost during the rental period
Can I self pick-up the item?
- Client is advised to bring tarpaulin sheets during pick up to prevent damages to the pick-up vehicle
Do you provide delivery services?
- Yes, we do provide delivery services with extra charges. Kindly contact us for the arrangement
Can we collect the items earlier?
- Yes, you can but subject to circumstances. You can always call before the event to check on your booking availability.
I am staying outside Klang Valley, can I still rent items from you?
- Yes, you can. As long as you can collect and return the items on time
What if my event is postponed? Can we change the date?
- Yes, you can but depends on the availability of the items. If the items are not available on your new date, you may change to any other item listed in the rental list.
